Yuting is a Chinese multidisciplinary artist based in Sunnyvale.
Yuting's path to becoming an artist was unconventional. She has a bachelor’s degree and a master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. After graduation, she worked as a construction project manager in the Bay Area while refining her artistic skills in the evenings and weekends. In early 2023, she transitioned from the seven-year career in construction to a full-time artist.
Since 2017, Yuting has been making her mark in the Bay Area art scene. She exhibited in various galleries including Pacific Art League, Art Ark Gallery and Works/San Jose. Her work was featured in Artist Talk Magazine issue 24. In 2023, she won the Artistic Excellence Award at the Circle Foundation for the Arts’ Artist of the Year Competition.
